Blake is an Account Manager, who was born and raised in Cottage Grove, MN. Was a four sport athlete in high school, and spent four years in the Marine Corps before getting out and moving to Houston. Held multiple jobs in Houston working security at a resort and driving for FedEx before moving to Dallas and finding this opportunity that offered him growth, and success. Then expanding with Hector from Dallas to El Paso in order to grow Lacertus from the ground up.

Margaret Jackson, hailing from Bartlesville, Oklahoma, has a background in sports and a knack for recruiting and team building. She pursued her interest in fashion design at the University of North Texas before making Dallas her home and eventually settling in El Paso. Margaret is known for her intelligence, competitive spirit, and a strong appreciation for art.

Account Manager who joined the team in June 2024. Was born in Germany and raised in Arizona. Did 7 years in the Army before getting out in El Paso. Attended UTEP for a short time before joining Lacertus to develop personal growth and opportunity.
